Job Description

Training Administrator / Account Coordinator - Learning and Development - Professional Association - Central London / Hybrid - Immediate Start Preferable - up to £28k + benefitsWe’re on the hunt for a confident, organised and customer focused Training Coordinator / Training Administrator to join the Learning and Development team of a successful professional association.Based near Victoria, this role requires solid administration and organisational skills together with a highly organised yet flexible approach.Please note that this is a Training Administrator role within the L&D department of a professional association, not in the HR department. The role has two key areas of responsibility - providing logistics and operational support to coursesthat are offered publicly and in-company and being the point of contact as an Account Executive for allocated clients.Key responsibilities as the Training Administrator / Account Coordinator will include:

  • Coordinating course administration from joining instructions to post-course evaluations
  • Providing administrative support across the department
  • Planning training courses with regards to course requirements, venue, equipment and catering bookings
  • Being the point of contact for trainers on the day and providing them with support as needed
  • Supporting the design and production of courses, ensuring materials are produced correctly and are in line with branding and copyright laws
  • Maintaining the Learning Management System and ensuring records are accurate and well organised
  • Providing in-company support for allocated clients - providing end-to-end course support and administration, liaising with international delivery partners and being the first point of contact for delegates, trainers, customers and suppliers
  • Coordinating and supporting virtual sessions and coaching appointments using tech such as Zoom, Webex or Teams
  • Tracking all course delivery and creating reports
  • Sourcing, negotiating fees and arranging venues/accommodation for trainers in the UK and overseas
  • Creating content, copy and assets to be used in social media posts
And more!What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar training coordinator / team administrator role is desired
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of communicating and engaging with a wide range of people
  • Highly organised with experience arranging meetings, schedules and diaries and experience of using electronic diary management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experienced in delivering a highly-customer focused service in a complex administrative function
  • Strong English language with excellent written skills and the ability to produce correspondence to a high standard
  • Logical thinker with proactive problem solving skills
  • IT literate (MS Office including Word and PowerPoint is essential)
