Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Immediate StartOTE Y1 (40-45k), Y2 (60k-65k), Y3 (80k+)This is a high performing company like no other.   • Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
  • Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilizing internal database and networking
  • Working on behalf of candidates and clients
  • Closing business deals
  • Meeting clients & negotiating new business contracts
