Job Description

Position: Trainee Recruitment ConsultantHours of Work: 40 Hours per weekLocation: London SE11-6NQ.Salary: £18,000 per annumBenefits: 28 days Annual Leave Including Bank Holidays, Onsite Gym, Free fitness classes, Company Uniform, Onsite Canteen, Free personal training sessionsThe Pimlico Group are Londons largest independent Service & Maintenance Company. Due to company expansion & development, we currently have a vacancy for a Control Centre Administrator who will based in our new Central London Control Centre. We are looking for a motivated, practical candidate to join our friendly and highly professional control team.We are looking to add to our in-house recruitment department and now have a requirement for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The trainee will be expected to develop an in depth understanding of the day to day running of the business and its recruitment requirements, working closely with their colleagues.The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of recruitment processes and experience within a sales role. More than this, we are looking for a motivated individual who can work autonomously whilst working towards team focused goals.Responsibilities:

  • Filling trade and office based vacancies
  • Sourcing, interviewing and hiring of candidates
  • Telephone and face-to-face interviews
  • Producing and sending offer letters, rejection letters and other documents when needed
  • Updating the in-house recruitment system
  • Performing new starter enrollment and inductions
  • Inbound/Outbound calls (Including candidate calls and dealing with general recruitment enquiries)
  • Updating job adverts as and when required
  • Providing administrative support
  • Essential Requirements:
  • Experience within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
