Job Description

Our clients is a directly authorised, successful mortgage brokerage. They have a nationally based team of brokers and are currently seeking to appoint a trainee mortgage broker to work from home in the above area.To be considered for this opportunity you must hold the full CeMap or equivalent and have a minimum of 18 months related face to face fact find based sales experience This is a self-employed field-based client facing role, with appointments mainly of an evening in the clients home.In addition you must meet the following criteria.
  • Be fully receptive to training and development. Our client will provide you with both the initial and ongoing training together with support from a mentor in order for you to have the best chance of succeeding.
  • Must be prepared to work up to 4 evenings per week on average as the majority of appointments provided will be evening based.
  • Finally, possess a can-do mentality together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income

  • The company spent on average £3,500 per month per adviser on appointments alone (before staff costs)
  • Average fact find completed to sale in 2021 was 52%
