Job Description

Job Title: Trainee IT Support TechnicianLocation: LondonSalary: £20-£22k starting salaryREF: J13374:LONSector: ITPioneers in their field, our client are a leading Tech organisation offering cloud support and services to businesses across a magnitude of sectors! Our client now have an exciting opportunity to join their business as Trainee IT Support Technicians through a rewarding and nationally recognised apprenticeship programme! Package:

Role:
  • Answer enquires both online and over the phone from customers who are having issues with the software
  • Diagnose customer issues and handle them through to a resolution professionally and effectively
  • Assist with providing customer demonstrations and training on the software where required
  • Help resolve IT and technical incidents that occur
  • Keep accurate records of all site information using IT service management tools
Requirements:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English as a minimum (A-Levels, NVQs, Diplomas or Foundation degrees are highly desirable)
  • Ideally, youll have some previous work experience in any field
  • Strong interest in IT and keen to develop your skills
  • Fantastic people and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
