This is one of the most integral roles in our dynamic Marketing department, ensuring everyone from creatives to senior stakeholders inthe wider business, know what’s happening and when. Responsible for the successful delivery of integrated campaigns and retail collateral and maintaining a workflow tool to help us stay on-brief and within deadlines.**Please note as per Lidl internal structures the job title for this role is a Consultant**We have moved to a hybrid working model with a recommended 2 days in the office per week for appropriate Head Office and Regional roles, empowering our teams to choose how and where they work best. We feel it is important that, where possible, weofferour colleagues as much flexibility as possible and trust our teams to determine the right environments that work most effectively for them.What youll do

  • Central point of contact, liaising with key senior stakeholders, creative agencies and project managers to ensure timely delivery of assets and toolkits
  • Establish detailed project schedules and timelines based on briefs, campaigns and the wider business needs
  • Monitor workloads, distribute, prioritise tasks, and external resources accordingly
  • To investigate briefs that come from across the business using a strategic mindset, and be able to project manage and flex with all the varied demands
  • Championing our department processes and tools – such as Asana and Microsoft Teams groups
  • Leading and chairing daily and weekly meetings across marketing channels such as production, photography, social and online to ensure that all parties are up-to speed on project timelines and deadlines
  • Generate short- and long-term resource and output forecasts
  • Aid in the management of the Creative Projects budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the wider business
  • You’ll be actively involved in diverse projects and campaigns, although we have a yearly cycle, they are constantly developing in response to the market demands
  • As our market constantly evolves, you will need to be proactive and adaptable to keep the team moving forward towards the business objectives
What youll need
  • Experience of Traffic Management, Studio or resource management within a creative, marketing or design environment
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, are highly structured and organised
  • A passion for creative with an understanding of creative processes and the requirements to fulfil a wide range of varied briefs
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and have a firm but fair attitude
  • Highly process and project management driven
  • Entrepreneurial - ability to interrogate systems/processes and suggest improvements
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple briefs at once
  • A problem solver who is able to motivate individuals and teams
  • Ability to use project management tools such as ASANA and Teams
  • Experience of working with creative teams, copywriters, artworkers, designers and freelancers.
