Trading Documentation Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:

responsible for the onboarding of clients onto trading documents (including post-execution processes) with allocated counterparties
have exposure to OTC derivatives traded under ISDA Master Agreements, repo transactions traded under GMRAs and MRAs, forward bond purchases under MSFTAs and a variety of cleared products
negotiate and maintain ISDAs (including underlying product specific documentation such as MCAs), GMRAs, MRAs, MSFTAs and clearing documents in accordance with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements
assist with queries from colleagues and external clients
participate in various business, legal and regulatory initiatives

Key Skills/Profile:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience of negotiating trading documents, in particular ISDAs and GMRAs
experience in a major investment manager, sell-side institution or financial services firm, or in private practice
a pro-active, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to manage the juggling of multiple issues
a team player and able to collaborate
a good communicator with relationship building potential
strong technical and drafting skills and attention to detail
