Job Description

Are you ready to take your career in finance to the next level Do you have a passion for technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) industries, and a keen eye for spotting investment opportunities If so, we invite you to explore our exciting opportunityfor an M&A TMT Analyst/Associate.Role Overview:

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis of TMT market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential targets.
  • Assisting in the development of financial models, valuations, and due diligence processes.
  • Collaborating with senior team members to identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities.
  • Preparing pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and negotiations.
  • Contributing to the overall deal execution process, from origination to closing.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field (masters degree or CFA is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A deep interest in the TMT sector and an understanding of its key players and dynamics.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, specifically TMT sector (1-3 years for Analysts, 3-5 years for Associates).
