Job Description

Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable public sector software supplier, in their search for a talented Test Manager to join their team. This role is offered fully remote from anywhere in the UK. The RoleYou will be responsible for expanding and managing a team of QA Testers and supporting QA in the delivery of all existing and upcoming projects.Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Identifying and executing the test strategy, processes, and standards
  • Improving the QA function through your knowledge of the industry
  • Overseeing the QA team in the testing of all software solutions
  • Communicating design, preparation, and maintenance of test plans and scripts to the team
  • Implementing process improvements
  • Working as a senior member of a cross functional team
  • Devising solutions
  • Assisting project managers throughout the lifecycle of implementation projects
  • Guaranteeing processes are frequently improved, reporting against progress and performance metrics
  • Liaising with technical staff at partner organisations
  • Defining and creating test plans for updated software projects
  • Developing and executing test plans, scripts, and cases
About youIdeally, you will have an ISTQB advanced certification, experience in automated testing tools, such as DevOps, with proven experience at a manager level.
