Job Title: Temporary Treasury Assistant Location: Epsom Pay rate: Competitive Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Working Hours: Mon-Fri. 38 hours per week (Office & Remote Working) Parking: Yes We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Treasury Assistant to join a very well known, successful organisation on a temporary basis. We are looking for individuals who have worked in both GBP and Euros, and have experience of processing high volume and value transactions. Responsibilities Include: * Settlement of all treasury transactions (swaps, foreign exchange, bank loans, money market, Euro Commercial Paper - ECP, Euro Medium Term Notes - EMTNs) * Liaison with banks confirming daily cash flows and confirmations * Responsible for all trading activity documentation * Reconciliation of trading activity to bank accounts and resolution of reconciling items * Documentation processing and responsible for processing financial transactions, including intercompany loans and external capital market transactions and other documentation processes * Running and managing compliance reports for the treasury operations * Maintain and develop procedures, and associated documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulatory environments (such as Sarbanes-Oxley). * Completion of filings with regulatory and other bodies for financial transactions (for example EMIR reporting) * Administrative responsibilities including banking systems (Barclays, MUFG and Citi). Experience Required: * Treasury Experience * Advanced Excel (Financial Functions - SUMIF, Count), Charting, Lookups, Filtering * Exposure working to tight monthly deadlines * Exposure to high value transaction * Multi-currency experience To be eligible for this role, you must be immediately available, have a full UK licence and own a vehicle.
