Temporary Sous Chefs - Central London - £12 - £17 per hourStunning establishments looking for temporary Sous Chefs to start work immediately. You can expect to be paid £12 - £17 per hour + Holiday Pay.We are currently recruiting for temporary Sous Chefs. Work is available in high end luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, private members clubs, and event caterers. You could be working with some of the best establishments in Central London. If fine dining is not your thing then we have clients in boutique and 4* hotels, gastro pubs and high volume quality catering and casual dining experiences.Temporary Sous Chefs are in high demand, and our clients are looking for candidates to start when times get busy, which will lead to ongoing work.Flexible hours, a wide variety of environments and a competitive rate of pay!What you can get out of working for us as a Temporary Sous Chef:

    • What we need from you:
  • 2-3 years minimum relevant experience
  • Fluent spoken English; A good command
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK - Passport or Visa
  • Up to date food hygiene certificate in line with Hospitality and Catering Industry standards
  • UK bank account, National Insurance number and a proof of address
  • Your own knives, chef whites, and safety shoes
  • A minimum of 2 references before you start work
