Job Description

My client who is a global leader in audience measurement and data analytics who work on behalf of media and well know sporting clients are seeking temporary support for 8 weeks.Are you a graduate looking to gain some experience within data and analytics then please read on.The role will predominantly support their football team department with the end of season client reporting for premier league football clubs using Excel spreadsheet manipulation and transferring of data in PowerPoint.You will also help set up for new season of motor sport reporting.There will be a buddy system in place to explain the work and support you.JOB ROLE: Temporary Data Analyst - entry levelCOMPANY: Data & Analytics / Audience ManagementDATES: 8 weeks - starting on Monday 3rd JulyHOURS: Tuesday -Thursday - 4 days per week - 09.00 - 17.30 - 1 day homeworking - 3 days in officeSALARY: £14 per hour, plus holiday payLOCATION: Central London - near SohoCULTURE: Corporate, working within an exciting and busy environmentBENEFITS: 29 days holiday*, retailer discounts, free eye care vouchers, incentivesDUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Generate reports on a premier league Football Club using Excel
  • Transferring data into PowerPoint slides
  • Desk research regarding Sponsor-ships
  • Social media research
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical
  • Proficient user of Excel
  • Proficient user of PowerPoint
  • Experience of analysing data and generating reports is an advantage
