Pay: KR4 Start Date: Immediate Brunswick House Primary School is looking toappoint a temporary caretaker to join our fantastic staff team. Expected startdate: May/June 2021. We are looking to appoint someonewith a range of proven skills and expertise in relevant maintenance and DIYrelated tasks. Previous experience of working in a school would beadvantageous, but not essential. Recognised skills in plumbing,carpentry, electrics would serve you well in this post. You will be responsible for thegeneral maintenance and caretaking activities at the school and will need tohave a good level of understanding of the health and safety requirements of alarge site. We require self-motivatedcandidates who are able to demonstrate that they are active, versatile, wellorganised and reliable, with excellent communication skills. Some duties are physical in natureand include outside working. You should, therefore, be comfortable liftingfurniture, equipment and deliveries to statutory limits. Working Pattern: 26 -27 hours aweek, Monday to Friday: 06:50 - 12:10. Timings over the school summer holidayswould change - these will be agreed with the successful candidate.
