Leading RTW line based in central London requires an Operations Assistant to join them ASAP on a temporary basis for the rest of February. General department/office organization First point of contact for all clients, visitors and suppliers to the business Answering calls and taking messages Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail Organise incoming sample shipments from the US Booking couriers Set up meeting rooms and IT requirements Managing refreshments Responsible for ensuring the showroom is well presented at all times Ad hoc dutiesDay to day back office tasks supporting Customer Service, Sales, Logistics & Finance Checking orders and POs Data entry Filing paperwork Maintaining and updating company databaseThis is a temporary role, paying £10.50 per hour, starting ASAP, so please only apply to this role is you are immediate.If you dont hear from me within 7 days, please understand on this occasion, your cv hasnt been successful.
