Job Description

Business Development Executive (Lead Generation)Basic Salary up to £30,000 + Monthly Commission OTE annual £20,000 PLUS Excellent Benefits PackageLondon - Southwark Hours: 8:00 - 17:00pmFor this position, we are looking for the following experience:

  • Youve had sales training, and have ideally have experience in B2B sales
  • Previous experience of working in a sales environment
  • You can build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decision-making
  • You are passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them
  • You can simplify the most complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
  • Youre driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing start up environment, and can organise & prioritise your work independently  You are committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team
Key responsibilities:
  • Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through cold calling/lead generation
  • 15 new qualified leads per week
  • To comply with all company policies and procedures that relate to anti-bribery, quality, environment and health and safety
  • Managing the phone and making phone calls to an existing base of customers
  • Managing sales and customer emails
  • Meet and exceed targets given to you
