Job Description

Technology Support Specialist required, London.Our client is keen to recruit a Technology Support Specialist join their existing busy, professional and friendly team in London. The successful IT Support Analyst will provide general IT assistance to the London office and provide support for desktop/laptopcomputer hardware and printers of a basic to moderate nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency.Some duties will include:

  • Provide remote support for iPhones and iPads, administering RSA server and managing laptops and encryption of portable media.
  • Meeting room setup including hybrid meetings using Teams and Zoom, presentations and events.
  • Log and manage support calls using the firms Help Desk software.
  • Be proactive in the resolution of difficult issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure that the IS Managers requests for service are dealt with in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
  • Inform or escalate to the IS Management in a timely manner any problems or issues which affect the office and its performance.
  • In addition, tasks include physical office moves, PC reimaging, replacing faulty hardware for users and setting up temporary equipment for visitors and review rooms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT candidate, who has IT experience within an international company and has strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills. As you will be interacting with members of staff at all levels, includingpartners, confidence and professionalism is key.
