Job Description

Investment banking firm with a strong focus on innovation and a distinguished history of advising clients in the TMT/FinTech sector. With our head office in London, we have a broad international reach and a diversified portfolio. Our commitment to excellencehas made us the go-to firm for high-profile technology mergers, acquisitions and capital-raising initiatives.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President for our Investment Banking team, focusing on the TMT/FinTech sector. The role is based in London and will be instrumental in leading M&A deals and providing strategic advisory services.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex M&A transactions, from origination to closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the technology sector
  • Coordinate with the analysts and associates in financial modelling, valuation, and industry research
  • Assist directors in deal execution and new business development
Qualifications
  • Degree from a top-tier university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years in investment banking, with a focus on the TMT or Fintech sector
  • Strong experience in M&A transactions, due diligence and capital markets
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Superb communication and presentation abilities
Skills
  • Mastery in financial modelling Sand valuation techniques
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Team player with strong leadership abilities
