Job Description

We require a resource who can collaborate seamlessly with the Project Manager, Finance business and technical team to analyse, design and validate business data, data quality needs and data source requirements. Managing of Data workstream finance transformation activities around requirements gathering, data analysis, profiling, extraction, validation, data modelling transformation and integration with data from multiple disparate sources. This position will work closely with Data Delivery Manager, Release lead, Workstream Leads, System Integrators and senior Stakeholders.

  • Engagement as required to bring parties together to clarify and resolve issues with requirements, designs and priorities Understanding end-to-end program delivery roadmaps and leading discussions to interlock the same with workstreams, business and technology stakeholders Ensuring that all impacted teams (including vendor teams) understand the delivery plans
  • Work with the team to deliver complex and large scale data warehouse technology development and solutions that provide business value and meet customer requirements, encouraging teams use of innovative approaches and tools to solve high impact, complex problems.
  • Oversee the Design and Develop of logical and physical data models to meet approved business requirements Consult with key individuals across multiple projects regarding the usage and application of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing architectural standards and processes, including Data Quality and Data Governance processes Applies technical expertise to provide direction and make Programme decisions focused on wider converged technology lifecycle, setting roadmaps and defining and driving towards a desired future state & ensuring M&G can reliably trade. To engage with Business teams and maintain a single source truth throughout the release lifecycle - pre and post RPM - of release candidates, design status, component commits, delivery milestones and test progress so that that there is a single source of real time information.
