Job Description

Technician required for a Lloyd’s Broker in London.Pavilion Recruitment are working with a well-established international Lloyd’s Broker in London who are looking for a Broker back-up Technician to join their team.In this role you will work within a team supporting the international Non-marine broking division, who deal with both insurance and reinsurance placements. This will be a varied role with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • MRC slip and endorsement production
  • Processing policy information
  • Recording and reconciling revenue
  • Creating and submitting LPANs, Bordereaux and Work Packages through the A&S function of IMR, together with query resolution
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, brokers and underwriters, providing assistance and support where necessary.
  • Work closely with the finance and claims teams to ensure accounts are being managed in line with company expectations
