IACs latest engagement sits outside the audit department and instead training those within it!Weve partnered with a Top 10 accountancy firm to recruit a Technical Training Specialist.The successful applicant will spend time creating and designing new training material as well as delivering it via presentations to new juniors and trainees.A lot of the current material also needs a creative re-fresh, so time will be needed to create engaging copy.The post-holder will work directly with the Technical Training Director and side by side with the Technical Audit and Learning and Development teams - by supporting online learning modules, for example. The successful candidate will have plenty of autonomyto create impact and make change.The right candidate will be a qualified auditor with a passion for all things teaching and development.
