Job Description

Morgan McKinley is currently working with a leading Banking client who are looking to get a Technical Trading Analyst to join their team in London.Job Opportunity:

  • Provide technical support to enterprise users
  • Ensure tickets are logged via ServiceNow and are being updated accordingly and meeting SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and provide resolution to issues related to IT hardware
  • Support of Citrix virtual desktop environments; Xendesktop and XenApp
  • Undertake system administration duties to ensure the smooth and continuous running of Bank systems
  • Floor walking, desk visits and remote support for VPN clients
Required Skill-set:
  • Technical advisor using entry level knowledge/skill.
  • Technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms and configurations
  • Experience with current enterprise quality operating systems, virtual environments, smart phones and related infrastructure
  • Knowledge of change and incident management
