We have recently agreed our 2020+ strategy and begun a process of significant change: transforming the organisation so it can meet the challenges of the future by putting young people and volunteers at the heart of our organisationThis is a new role within Girlguidings IT Team, reporting to the Head of IT. You will be leading on the development of the charitys Dynamics 365 CRM, membership portal GO and associated integrations.This is a business-critical role, to provide system wide recommendations on key transformation projects as well as overseeing BAU developments. The Technical Team Lead will lead a team of talented Developers and Systems Analysts to manage and roadmap Girlguidings portfolio of web applicationsYou will need to be a confident, technical leader with development skills in C#/.NET/Liquid and JavaScript, Visual Studio, Agile and Azure Web apps.
