Technical Support Specialist - Windows / MacOS / TCP/IP / Active Directory / SQLDo you want to join an innovative, enterprise-class Managed Service Provider who provide a unique customer experience by combining unparalleled customers services

We focus on both on-premises and cloud solutions and are a Microsoft Partner and CSP provider providing a unique customer experience by combining unparalleledcustomer services with the highest level of technical expertise.What You Will Be DoingIn this role you will be expected to deliver first-class telephone, remote and online support to our customers which span across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with technical issues and incidents using our Fresh Service ticketing software andTeamViewer remote control. You will be expected to visit customer premises within Greater London when necessary. Due to our variety of clients you will be troubleshooting and resolving issues on both Microsoft and MacOS operating systems.We Need You To Have
  • Windows and MacOS operating system commercial experience.
  • A solid hands on background working with physical and virtual server installation and builds with tools such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Understanding of Networking (DNS, DHCP)
  • Good experience with in a Customer Service role, with excellent written and verbal skills
