Technical Support Manager Central London, Hybrid Working£45,000 - 50,000 + benefitsWe are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Manager for one of the most innovative and entrepreneurial companies in the iGaming sector. Founded by experienced sports betting professionals and technologists, their vision is to create the most advancedmanaged sports betting solution on the market. We would consider them a small group of very friendly, collaborative, technology focused people working in an agile, start-up environment that will allow you autonomy in your work but provide help and training as it is needed.Theyre currently looking to hire a people centric support manager to manage a technical support team of 6-7. Youd be responsible for incident management, ensuring SLA’s are met and reported on and ensuring the 24/7 helpdesk is covered efficiently. Youdmanage overall priorities between production incidents, releases, and new application implementation whilse also managing and assigning tickets to the team based on a number of factors. A technical background (Linux) or ability to step in when needed wouldbe beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
