Technical Supervisor - HVAP Company Overview: Join a leading Data Centre provider as their Technical Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing their technical operations. Position Overview: As the Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of their Data Centre facilities. Your expertise in engineering and HVAP certification will be instrumentalin maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherenceto safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures. Infrastructure Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including routine inspections, testing, and repairs. Ensure the reliability and availability of critical infrastructurecomponents, such as electrical systems, HVAC, and cooling equipment. Emergency Response and Troubleshooting: Serve as a point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely response and resolution to technical issues. Conduct root cause analysis andimplement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, andoperational metrics. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost-saving initiatives. Implement changes and enhancements to enhance the overall performance and reliability of Data Centre operations.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. HVAP certification (High Voltage Authorized Person) is mandatory. Proven experience in Data Centre operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong technical backgroundin electrical systems, HVAC, cooling systems, and facility infrastructure. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Location:London, United Kingdom Paying up to 55k, depending on experience.JBRP1_UKTJ
