Job Description

Product Support Analyst / Solutions Consultant / Solutions EngineerHuntress have been appointed to source a technical professional to join this global matrixed social media/ Technology powerhouse.Key Info:

  • ASAP Start Date - fully remote (UK Based)
  • 12 Month Contract - Extension very Likely
  • Payrate - £40.00-£42.00 p/h - £88k p/a
  • Must have had exposure to consulting clients in technical topics in various settings.
Minimum Must Have Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs Familiarity with SQLDutiesThe Product & Service Operations (PSO) organization helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations. As part of the PSO organization, the Technical Solutions Consultants team are creative problem solvers who strive to ensure businesses are utilizing our advertising solutions as efficiently and as effectivelyas possible. RESPONSIBILITIES Build technical knowledge and expertise in various advertising products Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practices and Setups Troubleshoot and prioritize technical advertising issues, and escalate to specialists when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de- bugging Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product confusions to the sales and account team Facilitate a high-end customer experience related to support for advertising bugs and ensure all support SLAs are metIdentify opportunities to optimize and automate workflowsTeam:
  • The technical solutions consultant teams whose job is to resolve technical issues within the digital marketing space within EMEA
