Job Description

Technical Security ManagerWe are working with a large corporate client who is seeking a Technical Manager to join a client site in Central London. The purpose of this role is to support the efficient operation of the client’s technical infrastructure by undertaking tasks on behalfof the Global Account Manager.The Highlights

The Role
  • Management of the Security Maintenance fault reporting system and global technology fault log.
  • Regional lead for the Break-fix and Emergency Response program, ensuring issues are appropriately logged, diagnosed and closed out in a timely way, to the client’s standards.
  • Main point of liaison between facilities/office managers at site, security vendors and landlord representatives to close technical security issues to completion.
  • Form part of the Global support team, escalate faults to team and to applications team.
  • Work in liaison with the Projects Officer on the completion of weekly audits and other housekeeping as required.
  • Conduct CCure programming, fault investigation and report running.
  • Lead on the maintenance and upgrades of the SCC infrastructure including phones, VDU, PC’s, software and radios.
  • Management of the Global DVR/NVR and Data Retention check process in line with client security standards.
  • Issuing badges and passes/terminating as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Certification in CCure (Advantageous to the role).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • SIA licences (CCTV and DS/Security).
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in managing account/project programs and requirements.
  • Technical security knowledge is ideal.
