Ability to specify the latest environmentally friendlyand carbon efficient systems that are compliant with the latest industry regulations and standards.Candidate - Successful technical lead salesperson, senior specification, design or project engineer within the industry managing the design, specification and technical sales teams providing major central plant cooling or heating projectsvia mechanical consultants and contractors. Both central plant Cooling and/or Heating experience is suitable.The PositionThis is a brand-new Technical Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of central plant cooling and heating systems, within a specialist team focused on specifying the latest water cooled chillersand heat pump systems for comfort, process, commercial, industrial and data centre cooling. You will manage an established national team of central plant Project Engineers that design and specify large central plant cooling (chillers and AHUs) or heating(heat pumps and CHP) solutions working with external mechanical consultants and contractors alongside the national sales team. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient chilled water systems, chillers, AHUs, heatpumps and other central plant cooling solutions including close control.The Package

Experience RequiredThis is a highly specialist technical role leading a team of experienced Central Plant Project Engineers so you must have a successful management record of leading a technical HVAC design and specification team with experience of central plant systems suchas water cooled chillers, air cooled chillers, AHUs, close controls, heat pumps, CHP or even CRAC, hydronics, precision cooling, adiabatic units, free cooling or heat pump systems. A degree or HVAC and refrigeration qualifications are not essential but desirable.The CompanyThey are a global manufacturer of both central plant cooling and heating systems with an extensive portfolio, known for using the latest in energy efficient technologies and providing a premium high quality product.
