Technical Sales Engineer - leading SaaS company!Salary: up to £70,000 Location: Fully remote across the UK and IrelandMy client are a leading SaaS provider, revolutionising the Supplier Management software market. Join them as a Technical Sales Support Specialist, where youll be at the heart of their sales team, helping them succeed in showcasing our awesome technicalproducts and services. Youll need to know their offerings inside out, but more importantly, youll be a champ at explaining tech stuff to their customers in a way that makes sense.This is your chance to be part of our close-knit, fast-growing tech family, where youll get to dive headfirst into all the cool tech.Responsibilities:

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with our sales team to understand customer needs and match them with our technical solutions.
  • Engaging Presentations: Help create captivating technical presentations and demos for potential clients, showcasing our product value.
  • Customer Support: Quickly address tech-related inquiries and customer concerns with accurate responses.
  • Tailored Solutions: Customize tech solutions to meet individual client requirements, working closely with sales.
  • Documentation: Develop and update technical documents, ensuring clarity in product information.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a bridge between sales and product development, sharing valuable customer insights.
  • End-to-End Support: Engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including solution design, planning, and support.
  • Tech Trend-spotter: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to the sales team.
  • Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing to ensure technical accuracy in promotional materials.
  • Team Training: Assist in onboarding new sales team members on technical aspects of our products and services.
About you:Essential:
  • Experience in B2B sales and engaging with enterprise-level clients
  • You either have a bachelors degree in a technical field (like Computer Science or Engineering) or youve gained equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Youve already proven yourself in technical roles like technical sales, sales engineering, or technical support.
  • Youre really good with technical stuff, and you can explain it in a way that anyone can understand.
  • Youre a great communicator and presenter, making complex technical info simple and convincing.
  • You put customers at the centre of everything you do and build strong relationships with them.
  • Problem-solving is your thing, and youre a creative thinker when it comes to helping customers.
  • You know your way around industry standards, software, and the latest tech.
  • Youre comfortable using CRM and sales support tools.
