The platform is the core of our business and aims to make it easier for our internal users to develop, deploy, release, manage and scale these games and services.The RGP supports integrations with our ever-growing base of worldwide B2B operator partnerships, in the gambling, sportsbook and social gaming spaces, providing them with Roxor content and other Third Party gaming provider integrations.How you fit inThe successful candidate will help develop and shape the future of the RGP by working to discover and define features through from an idea to delivery into the hands of thousands of users, generating millions of pounds of revenue every day, while ensuring the implementation ties in with the vision of the wider organisation.They will be an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Product Manager with a good technical understanding of digital platforms and ideally experience in the online gaming sector.They will be comfortable building relationships and collaborating with multiple different teams and stakeholders. They will be highly organised and an excellent communicator. They will be analytical and capable of making informed decisions based on data and feedback.What you’ll do Identify and understand user and market needs Lead the discovery, definition and prioritisation of features and user stories Drive the vision and strategy for the product with business sponsors and key stakeholders Communicate masterfully to ensure stakeholders buy-in to the vision, status, and priorities Capture, document and disperse requirements from a variety of sources Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver an end-to-end user experience Gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions Coordinate with Technical Architects to assist in defining the technical strategy Work with agile development teams on refinement, estimation, and planning Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and refine requirements and solutions Work with stakeholders to understand, document, triage and fix issues and bugs Own and manage the product planning and review processes i.e.: Deliver against portfolio and control gate requirements Establish product lifecycle processes for new/phased requirements and releases Prioritise and order the backlog to deliver the roadmap Report on and analyse product KPIsWhat we’re looking for We want a confident and experienced Product Manager, ideally having spent a bit of time working in the gambling world and on technical platforms Familiarity with Product Management methodologies and tools, and comfortable coaching more junior POs and BAs on them Someone who knows how to fail: celebrating the things that don’t work out and taking the positive from it to make sure history doesn’t repeat itself A true product evangelist: proud and passionate about the products they’ve been a part of, who can articulate their vision masterfully Track record of delivery in a fast-paced, demanding environment using agile methodologies Someone who’s comfortable getting into a detailed technical discussion with our more tech-focused counterparts, and happy to work on back end focused products Experience using data to drive decisions, less fingers in the air and more fact-based discussions Self-starter, able to work autonomously and define your own workload Commercial acumen: able to assess and estimate user and business value before the work begins and review the outcome post-launchWhat can we offer• Performance bonus• Private Healthcare scheme• Subsidised gym membership• Ride to Work Scheme• Virgin Tribe - access to exclusive Virgin offers and experiences• Life Assurance (x3 salary)• Contributory Pension Plan• Friday drinks in the office• Fruit provided every morning• Summer and Christmas partiesAbout RoxorIn September 2019, Roxor Gaming was born from the Merger/Acquisition of JackpotJoy PLC and Gamesys, which rebranded as Gamesys PLC, allowing Noel Hayden (Group Chairman) to retain the Games Provider part of the business as a separate standalone B2B enterprise.As a Games Provider, Roxor Gaming has produced some of the most exciting and best-rated slots in the online gaming industry, from Double Bubble and Secrets of the Phoenix to Paper Wins and Tiki Island, and it doesnt stop there, they also produce some of the industrys leading instant, casino and mini-games too, along with highly innovative player engagement features.With a team of world-class designers, a best in class Gaming Platform and team of creative Game Developers, each area of the business drives the product offering forward and delivers cutting edge innovation.
