  • Experience of executing through a full product lifecycle including researching customer needs, defining the product strategy, driving execution, product launch, and follow-through
  • Customer-centric approach and a strong desire to understand your users perspective and need
  • Strong, cross-functional and cross-organization collaborator
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in solutions development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in the Agile ways of working
  • Experience of data integration solutions and implementation
  • Hands on experience with Azure and Azure Integration tools
