Job Description Amazing opportunity to work at a Big4 Tech Company as a TechOps Project Coordinator! Position DescriptionRole: Technical Operations Project Coordinator Duration: 12 months Location: London Bonus: Company Plan (yearly) Onsite: Flexible 3 days per week Area Description:The Knowledge Infrastructure and Tools teams aims to innovate services, simplify via automated workflows, and obviate the need for 1:1 support with shared insights, single data truth, and tracking capabilities. You will be focused on BCP, onboarding and upskillingtrainings, intake workflows, scaled team process optimisation, etc. Role Description:The Operations Enablement team is a horizontal, scaled operations function responsible for supporting the success of the TechOps organization through analysis, insights, strategy and execution. As a TechOps Specialist in this team, you will support a TechOps Lead to drive: Program outcomes for process efficiency programs (e.g. process re-engineering/implementation, automation/outsourcing solutions, vendor or location consolidation, deprecating service lines). Program outcomes to determine how to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes of vendor or internal teams. Tracking and analysis of operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency scoring frameworks. Specific Responsibilities:Own uploads and maintenance of content on internal & external tools. This includes contact options/intake flows for internal stakeholders, process documents, trainings. Documentation and updates to existing teamwide processes. Launch and scale solutions that improve operational efficiency, internal stakeholder experience, and/or success metrics (e.g. cost savings, capacity planning, time savings). Tracking for trends of operational characteristics in process or workflow performance to identify opportunities to improve operational procedure. Implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks to proactively and retroactively identify gaps in execution. Partner with vendor managers to support transitions of their workflows to vendor teams. Partner with teams to create onboarding and upskilling plans. Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree (technical concentration preferable) 2+ years of project management experience Experience of operating within and leading cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product management, sales, implementation) Experience with enterprise support systems. Preferred Qualities:Excellent relationship building, collaboration and negotiation skills; strong communication, project management and analytical skills. Ability to partner with and influence internal stakeholders. This includes taking a consultative and data-driven approach. A strong interest in implementing new configurations and features. Ability to identify when a process would be better served if it were done automatically, and the design and execution of such processes. This also includes recognizing when it remains more cost-efficient not to automate (i.e. avoiding too-early optimization).
