Technical Operations & Maintenance Manager - Energy£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Company BenefitsLondon and commutable areas (Hybrid)Are you a Maintenance Manager looking to work for a leading energy generation company committed to delivering sustainable and reliable power solutionsAs The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations and maintenance activities of our power and energy generation facilities. This pivotal role ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety, while also coordinatingwith internal stakeholders, external contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services.The company themselves are very diverse and are specialists in delivering projects within the energy sector and due to continued success and growth within a very strong market they are looking to grow making it a great time to get onboard and flourish.This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing company, add value and progress your career over time!Key Responsibilities:* Manage on-site Operators and facilities managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of energy generation facilities.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for maintenance activities.* Source and manage external contractors, ensuring sites are operating at capacity and warranty claims are reviewed and submitted.* Conduct regular inspections and audits of energy generation equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.* Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and schedules to maximize equipment reliability and availability.* Analyze performance trends to identify improvements and preventative maintenance actions.* Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and operational issues.The Person:* Proven experience in technical operations and maintenance management within the power generation sector.* Thorough understanding of power plant systems, equipment, and processes.* Proficiency in MS Office; CAD experience desirable.* Familiarity with ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements.* Team management experience, ideally with remote management skills.Revorec Recruitment Solutions is a specialist recruiter for Engineering, IT and Science roles ranging from mid to senior level positions.Please be aware that we will only accept applications from candidates that have a valid work permit to work in the UK.
