Job Description

Technical Manager - Partition SystemsJob Title: Technical Manager - Partition SystemsIndustry Sector: Technical Manager, Technical, Drylining, Plasterboards, Insulation, Fire Resistant, Partitioning Systems, Partition Systems, Partitions, Glass Partitions, Wall Partitions, Panelling systems, Acoustics, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, A&D, Specifiers, Main Contractors, Corporate End Users, Healthcare, Education and HospitalityAreas to be covered: NationalMust be based: London & South EastRemuneration: £50,000-£80,000neg (depending on exp) + commissionBenefits: £500 car allowance & full comprehensive benefit packagesThe role of the Technical Manager - Partition Systems will involve:

  • Technical manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of partition systems
  • All of your time will be spent dealing with a mixed route to market via specificers, architects, quantity surveyor, project managers, large end users, main contractors and sub-contractors
  • Will be required to support the sales team and Directors deal with technical enquires
  • Will be working alongside a dedicated sales team that bring in the business
  • Site visits when required
  • Order values will range from £20k-£800 depending on project size and scope
  • Will be working alongside / reporting straight into company Director
  • Majority of your work will be in London and surrounding area however may require the occasional travel to Manchester depending on project locations
    • The ideal applicant will be a Technical Manager - Partition Systems with:
  • Must have technical related product experience for example: drylining, plasterboards, insulation, partition systems, panel wall systems, fire resistant panels, insulation, blockwork walls and acoustics
  • Must have experience dealing with a mixed route to market via specificers, architects, quantity surveyor, project managers, large end users, main contractors and sub-contractors
  • Ideally a hybrid personality, technically minded as well as a sales person
  • Consultative approach
  • Ability to handle projects from inception right through to completion
