Job Description

As Technical Manager, youll be responsible for heading up the maintenance support on site at the UK head office in Stratford, East London.Its an operational role reporting to the Property Manager and will act as main in -house lead on maintenance and aftercare for the residential and commercial assets of the project.Client DetailsOur client is a major international real estate organisation specialising in Commercial & Residential property with a market value of circa £5.4 billion.DescriptionKey responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Oversight of tenant move-ins, check-outs, managing furniture installations, any in apartment refreshes, in close cooperation with the managing agents.
  • Assist and coordinate sub-contractors requiring access to R1, R2 and commercial NEQ buildings.
  • Help to diagnose and arrange necessary trades to return and complete/fix incomplete works. Handyman duties are required: painting, small repairs, small furniture assembly if needed.
  • In time there will be a requirement to set up and agree a handover always snagging process with the delivery team for the next residential phases and there will be a close working collaboration with the Property Manager.
Profile
  • Knowledge and experience of in apartment refreshes, maintenance issues and general management of property assets.
  • BTR experienced advantageous
  • Ability to interact with managing agent team, including the on-site concierge team.
  • Excellent customer care skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and willingness to learn.
