Technical Lead, React, UI Developer | Prop-Tech Central London offices | Hybrid, remote workingThis is an exciting opportunity for a Lead UI Developer | Lead Front-End Developer within React to join an innovative, Prop-Tech business. The business is building a platform for the commercial market that will benefit Managers, acquisitions and analysis leveragingreal-time data and providing insights.As a Lead, React, Front-End Developer you will be leading a small team of developers, collaborating with back-end/API, QA and Product all in a SCRUM, cross-functional team.You will be working on sprints and deciding on the architectural vision for the product UI.They are building a market leading product and this is the chance to have a positive impact on this industry and get in early on the companies growth trajectory!Experience required: 3 years commercial experience with Javascript 2 years experience with React (Hooks) Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme Redux / state management tools A proven track record of developing performant and scalable web applicationsThe following technical skills or experience is desirable: Exposure to additional JS frameworks e.g. Angular, Vue JS tooling and deployment (WebPack, CI/CD, ESLint, Babel, Prettier) Responsive design and UI framework (i.e. Material UI), including cross browser compatibilityThey ideally are looking for someone who feels that they have the following traits: A keen interest and passion for all things dev An awareness of current trends and best practices A forward thinker Would thrive when working as part of a team or collaborating with colleagues across the organisation Has a respectful and caring attitude Is a confident, self-driven individual with the ability to make decisions in line with business requirementsThis offers the chance to join a growing, innovative business.
