Job Description

Technical Lead / Software Architect - £100,000 - £130,000 - London PiccadillyWe are excited to be working with an expanding business within the property & hospitality sector, which is continuing to grow despite the current economy.Due to growth within the business my client is looking to recruit a Technical Lead to lead their Development team working on a range of exciting new projects creating brand new technology.As a Technical Lead you will be working to continuously develop new platforms, suggesting new technologies and enhancing existing technologies. You will provide technical leadership to the team by defining the vision, strategy, and architecture for the business.You will have a pro-active attitude to continuous improvement to software, techniques, and processes. As a Technical Lead, you will bring expertise to help us innovate and drive our solutions forward.The Tech Stack

    • Key Accountabilities
  • Plan and design the structure of new our technology solutions
  • Select and Evaluate appropriate software or hardware
  • Oversee products through development
  • Provide guidance to team members, performing code reviews
  • Identify issues and opportunities to improve working practices and recommend changes where necessary
  • Proposing technical and functional designs
  • Delivering enterprise-quality software, web, and API solutions on Microsoft Platforms
  • Conducting and participating in code and architecture reviews, supporting continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Ensuring our software meets the required standards for privacy, security, compliance, and regulation
  • Ensure business goals and performance requirements are met
  • Production of technical documentations and release notes, when required, to support all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle Requirements
  • Leading a team of Developers / Junior Developers
    • Required Skills
  • 10+ years Full-Stack Software Development experience
  • In-depth of knowledge of multiple technologies, and architectural areas, which includes knowledge of processes, methodologies, products and frameworks
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and debugging software.
  • Providing technical direction for architecture, design and development of software from definition phase through to implementation and deployment
  • Proficient in C# programming with demonstrable expert-level knowledge of .NET Core and .NET Framework
  • Experience delivering Web Services and APIs with a solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML
  • Accomplished in developing Websites and Applications using ASP.NET (MVC, Web Forms, Web API)
  • Proficient in Database Development
  • Experience building responsive layouts and mobile websites
  • Prior experience within Hospitality or Property an advantage
  • Proven experience leading development teams
