They arecreating applications for a wide range of clients that save time and money, reimagining the way software can be imagined with the help of AI.There is an intimate connection within the business between product, data, and development team, with a flat structure that has created an effective working environment that allows for collaboration and free flowing ideas that all can contribute to.Working with some of the largest enterprises globally, they are proven suppliers of business-critical applications. These applications are integral to a broad client base and are built on a diverse set of technologies, allowing all individuals to build newskills, through to product and data.The Role As a Technical Lead you will be not just a technical expert in Ruby but you will be a collaborator that is keen to engage with designing products and engaging with broader technologies that leverage data insights and AI. If you have a passion for cloud-basedtechnology, this role will give you exposure to a hybrid cloud solution that is constantly evolving.You will be responsible for technical leadership to an offshore team and bring your knowledge of Agile development to enhance the speed at which products are delivered. Working primarily on cloud technologies will mean you are integral to the businessessuccess.You will be given the opportunity to upskill into new areas, above all, have the aptitude to pick up new technologies and understand how they can expand product offering and bring value to clients.Building scalable and multifaceted solutions with a broad team is integral to your success and the team will support you by affording you the freedom, and support, to be exploratory with the skills you utilise. • Engage with senior stakeholders to build a broader technical roadmap that drives the business forward
• Advocate a cloud first approach and scale their infrastructure.
• Lead a team of onshore/offshore developers to create components that can be used across an evolving portfolio of products
• Hands on engineering as a full stack developer and upskilling team members to ensure code is up to standard.

Technical Requirements

• Ruby & Ruby on Rails
• AWS or Azure Exposure
• Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Terraform
• JavaScript/TypeScript
