Job Description

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Technical Inspector to work with one of our Housing Association clients in London.What the job will be doing

  • Audit the operations of our contractors as they install energy efficiency measures;
  • Test the post installation effectiveness of the measures; and
  • Contrast the approach taken by the contractors’ PAS2035 consultants.
  • Provide specialist advice in support of the major works contracts managers, as they deliver the social housing decarbonisation fund programme
  • The aims of the audit programme are to:
  • Drive a right first time culture’ in the supply chain;
  • Identify good and poor supply chain practise to support a programme of continuous improvement;
  • Support the major works surveyors by identifying property level issues to be addressed during the defects liability period;
  • Determine what good PAS2035 consultancy looks like.
