Job Description

  • Take a project brief from the Sales Team and produce detailed design options for the client.
  • Provide commercial & technical advice in terms of the optimum use of space, best value for money, sustainability and project duration.
  • Lead Project Completion meetings to ensure any issues and snagging has been identified and plans are in place to rectify prior to handover to the Client.

They pride themselves on delivering a diverse range of projects from concept to handover.DescriptionAs the Technical Designer you will be reporting directly to the MD of the business and become an integral part of the senior team. You will be have the ability to influence external stakeholders and lead client and contractor meeting and assist with team development. The duties and responsibilities include:* Liaising with the client, contractors and sub-contractors on site* Managing 2-3 projects at one given time You will also be able to develop set of plans* Managing junior members of the team - technicians* Work closely with external architect consultantsProfileProficiency in Revit Familiarity with BIM-led projects Experience in workplace projects - new build and fitout Background in Architecture or Interior Design Ability to manage and influence othersJob OfferFlexible working arrangements - WFH and some site-based work Opportunity to join a successful global business Required skills
