Job Description

TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGERLONDON£80,000-£100,000 + BENEFITSTHE COMPANYThis leading data consultancy is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a team of technical consultants and be client-facing. You will work on some of their biggest clients, and work on short- and long-term projects which make a huge positive impacton their clients CRMs and overall business performance.THE ROLEAs a Technical Delivery Manager, you will report to the Director and be their go-to- person in the team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee the delivery of marketing technology implementation projects.
  • Manage a team of develops and technology leads to support these implementation projects.
  • Implement a variety of tools across a variety of clients, these tools are; Adobe, Salesforce, Segment, Braze, etc.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, managing projects and expectations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Technical Delivery Manager will have:
  • Excellent communication skills - definite
  • Experience working in an agency/consultancy is a must
  • A strong understanding of MarTech and previously been hands-on with CRM would be ideal.
