Job Description

Technical Business Analyst - Data/Testing - Outside IR35We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong focus on data analysis, testing, and integration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with data changes and their impacts on downstream systems, providingtesting support, and creating comprehensive data dictionaries. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the Credit, IT, and Test teams to ensure seamless coordination andcollaboration.Essential

  • Solid experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis, testing, and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand data changes and their impacts on downstream systems.
  • Proven experience in providing testing support and ensuring clear requirements traceability throughout the testing process.
  • Strong expertise in creating and maintaining complex data dictionaries with multiple systems and definitions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in credit-related processes, is highly desirable.
