Job Description

Technical Business Analyst | Up to £45,000 | E-Commerce | RemoteWe are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our client’s rapidly growing team within the e-commerce space. The ideal candidate will be proficient in comprehending requirements and crafting detailed design documentation to guide development processes.You’ll be collaborating closely with developers, and youll contribute to the iterative delivery of new features across diverse digital products.Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and the development team.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle from inception to post-go-live support.
  • Monitor and analyse key product metrics and KPIs.
  • Gather requirements and iterate the product strategy based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct research, prioritize fixes, manage the backlog, and lead sprint planning.
  • Conduct research on competitor solutions.
  • Document requirements comprehensively from diverse sources.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2 or more years of experience as a product owner or technical business analyst.
  • Competent in creating user stories and technical documentation.
  • Strong background in working with agile software development teams.
  • Experience with online shopping, e-commerce, or web-based applications.
  • High levels of organisation and proficiency in managing several projects.
  • Adaptable, versatile, and capable of forging close bonds with others.
  • Knowledge of software development procedures and aptitude for talking about technical fixes.
  • Keen eye for detail after using project management applications such as Jira.
  • Ability to break down difficult topics into simpler ones, meticulous and analytical approach.
