Job Description

What youll doIn your new role, youll utilise creative problem solving and systems-thinking within your team to design novel technical solutions. Youll also:
  • Identify business impacts that allow our business to make informed decisions and drive recommendations for prioritising our technology solutions
  • Be a key contributor to the analysis of complex problem domains
  • Work independently to research and analyse the competitor, market, and emerging technology landscapes
  • Help us scale our approach to managing technology risk, governing the use of technology (including AI), and proving compliance with regulatory standards
The skills youll needYou should have professional experience in either a financial services or technology industry business environment, as well as exposure to working in agile and / or the product delivery lifecycle, with product, engineering or software delivery professionals. Youll also need:
  • Familiarity reading or writing requirements and design written in standards like BPMN or UML
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent communication skills, and an ability to present complex analysis in simple ways
  • Confidence in your ideas, with a problem-solving attitude, being innovative and having a flexible working style
  • Experience working well with a multidisciplinary team
