Job Description

We are currently looking for a techsavvy Office Manager to join a Finance firm in Mayfair. The hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility needed for adhoc hours outside of this. The salary is 50-70k depending on experience.The person- Experience of working in an Office Manager capacity for 5+ years- Experience with and working knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure (UPS’s, HVAC and emergency generator power)- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)The role- Manage and maintain all preventative maintenance programs- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and procedures as necessary- Provide regular progress updates to the Facilities Manager on office related items- Ensure the smooth running of office related services
