Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.Tech Programme ManagerRole DefinitionProjectLearning Landscape Review (LLR)ContextIn Oct 2020, the Network-wide L&D CoE Decision Making Committee (DMC) and the Global HC Leadership Team (GHCLT) agreed to undertake a review of user experience of learning and HC systems. In DMC discussions,there was unanimous agreement that the current employee experience is fragmented and for the learning experience to be successful we must consider it within the broader context of the integrated employee experience.The purpose of the review was to define thetotality of the problem we are solving, in the context of the wider HC experience, before defining approaches and solutions.As that review nears completion, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Technology Programme Manager to: Work with the businessand relevant technology teams on detailed requirements/scope definition and estimating the cost/timelines for the full body of work (i.e. a roadmap of technology projects aligned to the strategic programme goals) deliver the programme of technology work oncedefined, agreed and funded within the context of the overarching Program to be Business led.
