  • £24,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission scheme, forecasted earnings:
- Year 1: £40K OTE- Year 2: £70K OTE- Year 3: £100K+ OTE

Tech Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Requirements
  • Strong academics, high performing A-levels, 2:1 or above from a top 20 University
  • Ideally commercial, sales, prior recruitment, or tech experience
  • Competitive and sporty flair: sport played at a high level or as a part of a team
  • Ambition to raise the bar and strong drivers to succeed.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, including being confident over the phone and face-to-face
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and money motivated mindset: working alongside studies, working multiple jobs, working long stressful hours
  • Negotiation experience or compelling and persuasive qualities maintaining an adaptive approach
