Job Description

We are actively seeking a talented Technical / Digital Project Manager to join our fantastic delivery team due to continued growth and demand from our blue-chip customer base. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience of delivering against technical projects and be familiar with tools such as Jira, MS Project.Perhaps you have managed web development projects, database projects or even eCRM / email marketing projects previously and are now looking for that next step in your careerThe role will see you manage exciting projects across data, web builds, landing pages and complex eCRM / email marketing campaigns. Work is fast paced, exciting, challenging but most of all rewarding, where you will have the chance to see the fruits of your labour being delivered across our dedicated studio, development, deployment and client services teams.As a Technical / Digital Project Manager at ITG, you will be expected to manage multiple projects concurrently, which vary from in size, duration and technical complexity depending on the current needs from our clients.You must be highly organised, with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment with an ever-evolving landscape.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects confirm to the ITG methodology used across development teams.
  • Ensuring that development items are managed through theme led AGILE sprints to deliver iterative value to the client, within the timeframes of the plan.
  • Orchestrating Project retrospective meetings, assessing how well the project was undertaken and making recommendations to management for improvement where applicable.
  • Continually reviewing processes and procedures and working with the Programme Manager, PMO and Senior Management team to recommend improvements.
  • Providing overall governance of all projects with the Programs for which you are responsible, including being a gating point for accurate production of documentation, agreeing communication plans, RACI and reporting protocols.
  • Lead / chair client and internal meetings for pre-planning, discovery, servicing of client accounts and management of projects.
  • Provide detailed and timely updates to management/client on the outcome of the prior week and the intended plan for the next week of your projects. This includes producing, managing and distributing weekly internal and external project reports and updates.

  • Demonstrable Project Management experience gained in a fast-paced environment.
  • Practical experience of managing multiple projects in parallel, utilising strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Practical experience of working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and display the ability to manage change whilst maintaining a clear perspective of the end goals.
  • An obsession with providing the best-in-class customer experience.
  • Ability to manage project commercials to ensure projects are delivered within agreed project budgets.
  • A self-starter with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a methodical approach to managing and analysing projects.
