Job Details:Team SecretaryFull time, permanent9am - 5.30pm£30,000 - £34,000 *Depending on experienceCity of LondonA bit about the company: A growing and successful UK based construction consultancy firm with over 50 employees. They are passionate about building credible relationships and their aim is to leave a positive legacy for their clients and employees. Employee development is very importantto them, lots of progression opportunities available for the right candidate.Duties:
  • Supporting senior staff members with various administrative and secretarial duties
  • Supporting the office manager and HR manager as and when needed
  • Dictation, minute taking and typing
  • PA support to the MD
  • Pulling reports and inputting data using Excel
  • Taking on various projects and managing expectations
  • Set up meeting rooms, travel arranging, diary management and inbox management
  • Supporting the overall running of the office
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Arranging team socials and events
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar role is ideal
  • A strong typist
  • A naturally organised individual who is proactive in their approach to work
  • Knowledge of MS Packages, especially Excel
  • Comfortable with formatting and editing word documents
  • A positive, sociable and approachable individual who has a great sense of humour!
