This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to become a permanent member of our London Recoveries and Receivership team. You will be joining a fast paced, dedicated and hardworking team that is currently made up of 2 Directors and 1 Associateand forms part of the wider Professional Services Division of Circa. 50 staff.Our national advisors work with lenders to recover debts in a variety of ways, based on the circumstances. Our aim is to provide a one stop shop via our extensive knowledge. We also pursue opportunities to support turnaround situation e.g. to prevent insolvency.Key Responsibilities of the RoleTo provide full administrative support to the London Recoveries teamProvide diary management servicesOrganise appointments, meetings, conference calls, client lunches, dinners, etc.Assist on expense claims for DirectorsManaging telephone enquiries and message takingAttend team meetings, minute takingGenerate invoices and teams monthly billingProcess contractor invoices and generate purchase ordersOpening jobs and carrying out conflict checksPrinting, binding reports and photocopyingBooking travel and accommodation on behalf of teamAssisting with PowerPoint, Word & Excel documents and client presentations, invitationsApplying for property licences on behalf of teamWitnessing document signingOpening and distributing postMaintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleaguesExercising confidentiality and discretion at all timesIn addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to timeSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceMicrosoft OfficeintermediateIn house database and CRM packages (training will be provided)Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge incl.
